Organizational Behavior
Having just finished an Organizational Behavior class, I wanted to make a small contribution to the field before drinking the subject away forever.
The many assholes theory:
In any organization, the number of possible assholes is n-1, where n is the total number of employees, and 1 is you.
The next-largest-asshole theory:
There will always be one co-worker that annoys you more than all others. Should he quit, get fired, or die painfully, though, there will always be another to quickly take his place.
